We begin by applying all natural organic enzymes that are friendly to lakes and rivers but mean to mold. Following with a pressure washer the gunk comes off without a fight. We wash any surface clean without the ugly damage done by less skilled pressure washer technitions.
After washing the Gutters, the house and the surrounding walkways/concrete; we begin caulking and scraping old paint. We mask off all areas not getting painted with crisp clean lines so our finish looks great. We then Spray and back-roll a fast drying primer to the entire exterior body to seal any breeches in the outer coat, we also tint our primer toward the finish color so as to achieve a much richer finish color. We spray environmentally friendly and locally manufactured RODDA HORIZON EXTERIOR LATEX PAINT over the primer and begin brushing and rolling the trim.
After de-masking and touching up, we will mask and spray the entry door to a fine finish.
We guarantee all of our exterior painting work for two full years from the completion of the contracted work.
